Redlands United FC are pleased to announce that Griffin Mansfield will take on the role of Head Coach of the NPL 1st Team in 2024 stepping up from his Assistant Coach role in 2022 and 2023.

Griff has become a fixture here at Redlands and has coached the NPL Under 18’s in 2022 and the NPL Under 23’s in 2023. The Teacher and B-Licensed Coach is ready to step up into the main role after 2 years under the guidance of Technical Director Graham Harvey.

On his appointment Griffin commented, “I’m very thankful to Redlands and Graham Harvey for giving me this opportunity. Really looking forward to getting on the pitch and continuing to build on the momentum that everyone has created over the last couple of seasons.”

Technical Director Graham Harvey is excited and had this to say on Griffin’s appointment, “Griff makes the step up to 1st Team Coach in 2024 and will guide our NPL team in another campaign in top flight football. Having been at the club for four years, three of which in a first team capacity the time is now right for Griffin to take control of the senior team. Well versed in the league and Queensland football we are delighted to give another young coach the chance to carve out a career via Redlands United.
