U9-U18 FQ ACADEMY PROGRAM
The FQ Academy Program at Redlands United is the pinnacle of our football pathways, designed to accelerate the development of elite players aged 9-18. This program focuses on building a strong foundation of technical skills while progressing players’ tactical awareness, perception, and decision-making abilities.
This level is ideally suited for players who have played for a few years and who have excellent football skills. Trials are held for selection into the Academy program around November each year where players are assessed on merit according to their skills and abilities.
