U7-U18 REDs JUNIOR FOOTBALL program
The Redlands United Red Team Program is a key development pathway, bridging the gap between community football and the FQ Academy. This program offers a structured environment for players with average to above-average football skills who aspire to advance into the FQ Academy. The program is overseen by the club’s Red Team Co-ordinator to ensure high-quality training and progression opportunities.
This level is ideally suited for players who have played for a few years and who have average to above average football skills. Trials are held for selection into the Red Team program where players are assessed on merit according to their skills and abilities.
