Redlands United FC is delighted to announce that our inspiration Club Captain Sam Langley has re-signed for the Red Devils for the 2024 Season.
The 25 year old Redlands Junior has played 142 senior competition games for the Red Devils, scoring one goal. He is our Club Captain and was our inspirational leader during our 2022 FQPL 1 Premiership and Championship winning year. He was also a member of the Club’s NPL Championship winning side of 2016 and the side that defeated the reigning A-League Champions Adelaide United in the 2016 FFA Cup. He made his 1st team debut at the age of 16.
Redlands United NPL Head Coach, Griff Mansfield had this to say on having secured Langley for 2024, “Sam is the captain of the club, he’s a junior boy as well, so to have Sam re-signed is an excellent coup for the club we’re very happy with him, looking for him to lead us in our 2024 NPL campaign. “
